Album & live info
Gods in the Womb is the result of a long period of experimentation where much attention to detail has guided HOt DUst along his creative journey in the creation of his latest album.
Imagine a supernova vibrating through dark rounded tones, glue it to personal/metaphorical transpositions, and you will most likely visualize the essence of this album.
The image of the unicorn/pegasus fetus on the album cover and the title come from José Molina’s wonderful artwork Gods in the Womb.
“Grey Skies" opens up the album and guides the listener into a world densely populated by archetypes; published on June 14th, 2019 the “Grey Skies” music video sequence shot saw the collaboration of Matteo Bittante and Shake Plastic Dreamer.
HOt DUst then completed the album by the end of 2019 and immediately started the fine-tuning process that catapulted him into a long solitary journey of exploration. Between 2020 - 2022 HOt DUst fully committed to translating his studio album into a full-blown, immersive live experience.
Think Djungle, the up-and-coming creative agency based in Milan, curated all the visuals creating 9 chapters of pure visual immersion.
The new live set is all ready to be performed with the powerful contribution of 3D animated videos complementing HOt DUst’s live performances.
Audiences will be gently elevated into a parallel imaginary world where they can fully appreciate the experience.
